Squeeze out all the water from the grated radish..

Add all the spices(salt,red chilli powder and black pepper powder) and lemon juice to it..

Mix it well...

Now make small balls of the dough..

Take 2 balls, flaten them and roll them a little (equally) and dust some flour on it..

On one of the rolled circle place prepared stuffing in the centre.. (Keeping 1 inch empty space from the sides..

Gently place the second circle on the top

Press and seal the edges with your fingers..

Dust some flour and roll it to the size of the normal chapati...

Then place this paratha on a hot tawa..

When the base is partially cooked flip the paratha and spread some ghee on it..

Then flip it again and spread some ghee on this side too..

Cook till both the sides of paratha have nice brown spots..

Make all your parathas like this.. And serve with chutney, salad or anything you like😋
