First take anjeer and dates in separate bowl. Soak it in hot water for about 30 mins. Remove the seed from dates. Using strainer, Strain the water.

Take mixer jar, put soaked anjeer and dates. Run the mixer in pulse mode little by little. Till the mixture has no lumps. Do not run the mixer at once.

Dry roast the dry fruits(cashew, badam, and pistachios) in a pan in slow flame. Cool it. And crush to coarse powder in pulse mode in mixer.

Heat a pan, add ghee. Transfer the anjeer and dates mixture. With the help of spatula, mix ghee and mixture well. After few minutes add dry fruit powder. Combine everything well. Just keep stirring little by little. After sometimes the mixture starts leaving the pan. And color also slightly changes to dark color. Switch off the flame.

Take aluminium foil, grease with ghee. Apply little ghee on hands. And transfer the mixture to foil. With the hands just slightly rotate the dough in cylindrical shape. Wrap the aluminium foil and close the sides properly. Keep it in fridge for 2 hours. Or till it sets.Take out from fridge. And cut into round shape.

Apply silver wrak on the anjeer roll. Cut into round shape.

Anjeer roll is ready to serve. Store it in fridge and wrap it with sheet. Don't keep outside for long time.
