Steps

Sieve the flour & baking powder 3 times.

Separate egg yolk & white separately. Cream the butter & sugar till fluffy. Then add egg yolks and beat it in a mixer.

Add this to the sieved ingredients alternatively adding milk. Mix it well. Finally fold the egg whites to it.

Reserve half portion of the cake batter for caramel icing. Transfer the remaining cake batter in a greased cake mould.

Microwave it 6 min. Cool it in room temperature.

For caramel icing. Mix the powdered sugar with milk,& cake batter. Melt the butter in a pan until brown, then add milk mix. Stir it on low flame till it becomes sauce consistency. Then add vanilla essence and mix it well. Remove from heat.

Cool it. Spread the icing on the cake with an icing comb.
