  • 1 cupmaida / all-purpose flour
  • Pinchsalt
  • to tasteSugar
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • 2Bananas

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix Maida, salt, sugar, baking powder and cardamom together in a bowl.

    Grind the bananas and add it to the bowl.

    Mix it well to form the batter. Add water as required.

    Heat oil in a kadai. And, pour little amount of batter in to the oil and cook it to make the banana bombs.
