Take a cup of semolina and grind until powdered.

In a large bowl add semolina flour,salt,carom seeds,chilli Powder and oil.

Mix all the ingredients well and knead it into a dough using water.Dough should be neither soft nor hard.Cover and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

Now shape it according to your choice.I made it in this shape using a fork.Take a small ball of the dough.Press it on the back of a fork.and roll it into shape

An alternate way is just roll the dough like a roti and cut into kaju shapes with the help of a cookie cutter.

Heat oil in a frying pan.When the oil is hot,add the shaped nsmakparr and fry on medium- low flame till golden and crispy.

When fried remove on a kitchen paper to absorb the extra oil.
