Clean cut green lettuce
Cooked Irish potatoes
Clean cut fresh tomatoes
Clean shredded onion
Clean diced cucumber
Sliced boiled eggs
Salad Cream
Baked beans

Arrange all ingredients

On a large tray, decide the lettuce into two, spray 1 half on the tray

Add the potatoes on top of the lettuce
4

Spray the second half of the lettuce, add the cucumber, tomatoes, onion and egg on it

Open the can of baked beans with salad cream and spray to garnish it properly

Cover the tray of garnish salad with cling firm and put in fridge to chill until ready to consume with Jollof rice or any rice of choice
