Rava Kesari with Condensed Milk
During my engineering days, one of our friends invited a bunch of us for lunch. I not being a sweet loving person and ate/drank nothing with milk loved the kesari. I later came to know Aunty had used condensed milk as well. I don’t know her exact recipe but created this based on that memory.

Steps

- 4
Once the water is absorbed completely, add saffron soaked in 1 tbsp milk. Mix well.
- 5
Now add sugar and mix.
- 6
After sugar is melted and mixed well, add condensed milk. Mix well
