Take spinach leaves and wipe it smoothly.

Make a batter of cornstarch and all-purpose flour by adding some water.

Spread batter on leaf smoothly.

Then put a mixture of mashed potatoes on a leaf.

Make a roll of leaf and keep aside. Make all rolls of leaf in the same way.

Dip all rolls in the above batter and do shallow fry.

Serve hot with sauce.
