For green rice: soak rice for a half-hour.

Take oil in a big pan, add 2 chopped onions in oil saute till turn pink, then add 2 tomatoes puree saute it.

Add boil and mashed spinach in thick puree form in a pan, add 2 spoons of Ginger-garlic and green Chili paste, add garam masala salt to taste' saute for 5 minutes then add soaked rice and needed water to make perfect rice.put some cashews and coriander for garnish and put lid for 10 min and here's your green spinach rice ready to eat.

Make dal fry: Put chopped onions and tomatoes finely chopped saute it and add soaked dal, salt, seasoning masala, and cook for 15 minutes and then garnish with red chilies and curry leaves tadka with desi ghee.
