Perboil the rice with curry

Put oil in a pan and fry the carrot, when it's almost done add sausage and continue frying. Add curry & thyme, ginger & garlic paste, scotch bunnet, green & red pepper, sweet corn, sliced green and red pepper and fry until done

Put little amount of oil on a separate pan and stir fry the minced meat

Get a bowl and put the perboiled rice, minced meat, and vegetables sauce.

Mix and fry in a pan bit by bit
