Steps

Grate coconut and set aside.Make sure to grate the white portion of coconut.

Boil milk in a pan in low flame till reduced to thick kheer or rabri.

Heat a non-stick pan and pour the grated coconut in it. Mix sugar in it and stir continuously so that the mix doesn't caramelize and change colour. Add the rabri and toss till all moisture evaporates.

Add cardamom powder, mix well and set aside till partially cool.

Smear little ghee on both palms and shape into small to medium round balls or ladoos.

The mix should be completely tight to form into balls otherwise they may fall apart while making ladoos.

Refrigerate and serve delicious ladoos.
