  • Scotch bonnet & red pepper blended or grated
  • Chopped onion
  • 2eggs
  • to tasteSeasoning and spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients in a bowl

    Add water and make paste (shouldn’t be too watery or thick)

    In a frying pan add oil or red oil, pour mixture and fry on both sides (preferably on low heat to avoid burning)
