In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and make a dough with that make koftas out of it and fry them until golden brown.

In a pan add oil, jeera, hing, ginger garlic paste next add onions cook till golden brown next add all dry spices and mix well add little water to prevent the masala from burning.

Next add tomato puree, salt and cook for 10 minutes till it leaves oil then add water as per the gravy consistency and cook till it boils.

Now add fried koftas in gravy and mix well now add kasuri methi, garam masala and cook on slow flame for 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot by garnishing with coriander leaves.
