Ingredients

30 mins
  • Halfan Onion (Diced)
  • 3 ClovesGarlic (Crushed)
  • 2 TablespoonButter
  • 250 mlTomato Purée
  • 185 mlDouble Cream
  • 40 gGrated Parmesan
  • 1Vegetable Stock Cube
  • SplashMilk
  • BunchFresh Parsley
  • 200 gCooked Pasta

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Dice the onion and crush the garlic

  2. 2

    Melt Butter and then cook onions and garlic until softened

  3. 3

    Add Tomato Purée, Cream, Parmesan, Stock Cube, Milk and stir until combined

  4. 4

    Add Parsley and keep cooking

  5. 5

    Add Cooked Pasta

  6. 6

    Serve with Salt and Pepper
