Pistachio is one of the costliest nuts and to buy the ready to use lovely green pistachio slivers are even more costlier than the raw Pistachio with skin. So here's an idea to get a little bit less costlier way to get the lovely green pistachio slivers easily at home. Same way you can do it for almonds too to get the white almond slivers.
It looks so beautiful when you garnish your desserts or sweets with these slivers .
The time given includes the soaking time of Pista or almond and peeling / deskinning time required for 200 GMs of pistachio or almonds.

Choice is yours. Hope to see your beautiful desserts and sweets garnished with pistachios and almonds soon😊
