Leftover bread crust recipe is heavenly bites taste more like cinnamon doughnuts rather than leftover sandwich slices. Toss with vegetables it tastes crunchy and delicious.

Take 4 corner slices of bread(crust). Cut in square pieces.

Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add chopped onion and saute for 3-4 minutes. Now Add chopped capsicum and saute for 2 minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and green chilli cut in 2 pieces and saute for 2-3 minutes till soft.

Add bread square, salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala and soya sauce and mix well. Cook on low flame till all vegetables mix well with bread. It may take 2 minutes. Switch off the flame and add tomato ketchup

Serve immediately.
