First wash and grate pumpkin,add jaggery in it

Mix well cook it on slow flame for 7 minutes till jaggery melt and mixture becomes sticky

Now pour the mixture in mixer and mix well

Now add salt, cardamom nutmeg powder,sesame seeds, wheat flour,mix well,make medium soft dough

Rest it for 10 minutes, take a medium size ball of dough and roll a medium thick chapati,spread poppy seeds,press it with rolling pin so that they will stick to chapati,now cut Gharge with cookies cutter

Heat oil and deep fry Gharge on medium slow flame it becomes golden.

Gharge are ready to serve,serve with chutney or sauce,kids like to eat with sauce.
