Ingredients

25 minutes
2 -3 servings
  • 1 cupdal(can be measured as per requirement & soaked for 1 hour)
  • 1capsicum
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1 teaspoonkasuri methi
  • 2Bullet green chillies for taste
  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonchopped ginger garlic
  • as neededOil for cooking
  • as per needCoriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    First, add oil to pan and fry onion chopped once it turns golden brown add chopped tomato sauté for two minutes

  2. 2

    Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste keep it on low flame mix everything well.

  3. 3

    Then add soaked dal mash to it and add capsicum add water accordingly.

  4. 4

    Cover it & cook till 1-2 cooker whistles.

  5. 5

    Let it cool down open the lid add check dal boiled consistency it’s good enough not hard not soft medium as it’s a dry curry.

  6. 6

    Lastly, add salt coriander leaves Kasuri methi and garam masala powder optional.

  7. 7

    Now enjoy it with naan or tandoori roti looks awesome...! Try & experience it.
