  1. 1/2 kgYellow pumpkin
  2. 2 tbspGhee
  3. 1 tspElaichi powder
  4. 50 gSugar
  5. 1/2lt Milk for mawa or 1cup ready made mawa
  6. As neededChopped dry nuts for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the pumpkin in a small pieces or you can grate it heat the kathai put 2tbsp ghee add Elaichi powder

    Then add pumpkin Saute a minute cook the pumpkin till soft in texture cover with lid

  3. 3

    After that add sugar cook for some time till melt the sugar add saute continuously till separate ghee from the halwa

  4. 4

    Now will be add mawa and mix it well garnish with chopped nuts and serve it hot and chilled.Thank you
