Dry roast sesame seeds and set aside to comes on room temperature.

In other side put sugar in empty clean heavy bottom wok.

Let the sugar melts. When it's becomes caramaliz then mix it.

When no sugar grains remaining then add roasted sesame seeds and mix.

Brush oil on a tray and spread sesame seed and sugar compound.
- 6
Cut into pieces after cool down. Sesame seeds brittle is ready.
