Make a lump free batter of besan and water.

Coarsely grind pigeon beans ground nut garlic and green chilli add this to the besan batter.

Now make a tadka with little oil add sesame seeds and onion.sauté for some time add salt and besan batter and cook for 3 min till it thickens a bit.

Prepare the steaming vessel by oiling it nicely also keep water for boiling in the steamer.

Now pour the batter in the vessel and steam this for ten min.

Cut in pieces and pan fry just before serving.

It can be boiled in advance and kept in fridge for two to three days so that you can serve hot whenever needed.
