Ingredients

  • 1 cangarbanzo beans
  • 250 mlwater
  • 2 tbsharissa
  • 1 tspcoriander
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1/2 tspkosher salt
  • 1lightly boiled egg
  • Tuna chunks olives and capers to garnish
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • Bread (old)
  • Evoo

  1. 1

    Boil the garbanzo beans in the water and season with garlic, salt, coriander and cumin

  2. 2

    When ready pour the garbanzo bean mixture on the bread that’s already cut into pieces don’t mix yet

  3. 3

    Garnish with egg tuna olives capers the remaining of the seasoning and olive oil and mix to eat it’s served hot
