1 cupsugar
1/2 cmilk
1/3 cveg oil
3eggs
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspvanilla extract or 1tsp vanilla flavor
2 pinchsalt
3 tbspbutter for greasing pan

Dissolve sugar in egg and whisk till completely dissolved

Add your oil and blend in properly. Add vanilla extract and mix

Add in 1c of your flour sifted with baking, b. soda, salt to the egg mixture n mix properly alternate with 1/2c milk, add the remaining flour and fold till everything is well blended

Grease pan with butter and dust with flour. Pour the cake batter. Tap pan on floor and bake in preheated oven till toothpick comes out clean
