1/2 bowl
  • 10-12green chillies
  • 1/4 tbspghee
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • 2 tspdhaniya powder
  • 1 tsplime juice

  1. 1

    Put chopped chillies in a pan and dry roast it for 2 mins.

    Then add ghee cumin seeds, hing, and cook.

    Add salt & let it cook for 2-3 mins. switch off the flame.

    Then add dhaniya powder and lime juice. mix and cover the pan.
