  1. 2pasture raised eggs
  2. 12 ozwater
  3. 6clams or half cup shelled shrimp
  4. 1 Tspcooking wine
  5. 2 tspfish sauce
  6. Sesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Beat eggs in a large flat bowl. Slowly adding water and cooking wine. Season with fish sauce

    Drop in clams or marinated shrimp

    Water bath bake in oven at 350F for 30 minutes.
