In a pan add butter and when it melts add thinly sliced onions and saute until light brown.

Then add finely chopped garlic. Saute it for 2 to 3 mins.

Add sliced mushrooms and salt to taste. Cook until all the water of mushrooms is evaporated and they are cooked properly.

Then add black pepper and stock cube and saute for a min or two.

At this step remove some sauted mushrooms for garnish.

Then add oats flour and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add water and cook until 2-3 simmers.

Finally add milk and simmer until 4-5 boils come and it starts to thicken.

Once the soup is thicken, remove from gas and crush it with hand blender.

At last garnish with some sauted mushrooms and oregano.
