# Hyderabadi .Spot idlis are quite famous hydrabadi street food .They can be made from non fermented or from fermented idli batter..Unlike regular idlis, spot idlis are not steamed but cooked in a special tomato onion podi masala mixture with lots of butter which gives crispiness from outside and softness from inside.Flavours are so delicious, at the same time you will taste ,dosa ,uttapam and idli taste.Do try this recipe if you want something different from regular idlis.
