Mango jam is v tasty tangy & thick sweet jam. It is made mangopuree &sugar &Lemon juice. It is v easy for making.It is v tasty & healthy. It is tasty spreading on bread & toast.

First wash mangoes. Peeloff & cut into peices.

Grind mango peices in mixei. Make fine puree.

Heat a nonstickpan. Add mango puree. Cook on medium flam. Add sugar.Slowly stire till becomes tranparent & thick. Add Lemon juice mix well.Consistency like jam.Not overcook.

Cool it. Pour into a airtight jar & bowl. Spread jam on bread & serve it.

Ready tasty mango jam.
