  1. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 2 tbsp (1 tsp)sugar
  3. 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  4. 1 tbspcurd (optional)
  5. as requiredMilk
  6. 1&1/2 peeled and mashed banana
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  9. Pinchsalt
  10. 2whisked eggs
  11. as requriedDry fruits as per like (cashews, walnuts)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and start mixing dry ingredients first.

  2. 2

    Start adding liquid ingredients.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture into molds and let it sit in preheated oven for about 350° for 20 mins.

    Take out and enjoy with family
