Take the besan and prepare thick batter for dry fruit fritters, rest the batter for 5-7 minutes

Now take dry fruits remove the seeds from Dates

Pour a single nuts and dates into the batter mix them with flour and and deep fry them

Fry them till they turn golden colour and remove them in the kitchen napkin
- 5
Fritters are ready to serve with chutneys and ketchup
