Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. As requiredFruit salt or curd
  3. Half tsp salt
  4. 1 tspsugar
  5. 1 cupsugar for syrup
  6. as requiredOrange or red food color for syrup
  7. 3 cupswater for syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    First mix sugar and 2 to 3 food color drops and 3 cup water then start stirring it at medium flame after the first boil.do this for 15 minutes.

    Now take semolina and1 pouch fruit salt and 1 tsp sugar and half tsp salt. Add water and mix well
    Now use a plastic bag to make cone and start filling the mixture.

  3. 3

    Make oil hot stay at medium flame and start with a cone and try to swirl it like a curl. Start fastly and move cone gently round and stop.

  4. 4

    Just after frying immediately move them to the syrup and let it soak for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Do not boil jalebis in syrup just soak them.

  5. 5

    Enjoy yummy dish. Stay safe stay healthy.
