First mix sugar and 2 to 3 food color drops and 3 cup water then start stirring it at medium flame after the first boil.do this for 15 minutes.

Now take semolina and1 pouch fruit salt and 1 tsp sugar and half tsp salt. Add water and mix well
Now use a plastic bag to make cone and start filling the mixture. - 3
Make oil hot stay at medium flame and start with a cone and try to swirl it like a curl. Start fastly and move cone gently round and stop.

Just after frying immediately move them to the syrup and let it soak for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Do not boil jalebis in syrup just soak them.
