In a pan take 3-4 teaspoons of oil and first take peanuts and cashews for roasting.

Add chilli powder, salt, and coriander powder to it and roast it.

Now take out nuts and then roast foxnuts or makhana. Add salt and red chilli powder to it.

Roast it on low to medium flame for 10-12 minutes.

Add peanuts and cashews back to makhana. And then take out makhana out of pan and let it cool.

Add finely chopped tomatoes, onions you can also add pomegranates, raw mango and boiled potatoes.

Add coriander chutney and sweet tamarind chutney in it and add some tikha chevda and mix fast.

Mix it quickly.

Garnish it with some coriander and besan sev and some roasted cashews.

Now your makhana bhel is ready to serve.
