#joy... So as the recipe topic of this week is to share the recipe of leafy veggies and as you know that all leafy veggies are good for our health I am sharing my grandmom recipe... It's a combo or shaljams and palak mix together with beef... Must try and enjoy...

At first add 1cup of oil in a pan then add 1 thin sliced onion let it be golden brown then add 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste and 1/2 kg of beef and broil it for almost 10 mints

Now add thin slices of tomatoes and add 1tbsp dhaniya powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1tsp haldi powder and 1tbsp salt now broil for 2 to 3 mints then simmer for 10 to 15 mints until tomatoes mashed properly...

Now add cubes of shaljam in it and then let it cook then add Palak (cut it first and then wash it then put it in a net and rince all it's water) in the pan and stir then let it cook until beef and shaljam tenderize properly it will took almost 50 to 60 mints

Now add 1 tsp Garam masala powder,1 tsp kasuri methi and further cook for 10 to 15 mints... Then add chopped green chillies and put it on dum for 5 mints then serve... With rice
