Heat the oil in a pan and put asafoetida and cumin seeds in it and when the cumin seeds start to splatter then add green chilli and garlic paste in it and saute it for few seconds.

Now add onion and saute it well. When the onion gets light brown then add tomato and again saute it. Now add all the dry spices and mix it well. When the tomato gets cooked then add some water in it.

After cooking for 5 minute add sev in it and mix it well. Then put coriander leaves and turn off the gas.

Sev ki sabji is ready to serve. pratha.
