In a pot mix besan and water in pouring consistency, divide into three parts and add green color in one part saffron in another part. and the third part should remain as it is. Make boodi with the help of perforated spoon shown in the pic.

On the other hand, make chasni(sugar syrup) of one string.

In the sugar syrup add boodi mix it well, and switch off the flame. cover this for ten minutes.

After ten minutes start to make ladoo with wet hands. Delicious motia boodi laddo ready to serve before Kanha ji.
