Ingredients

Ices 15 cupcakes
  • 125 gramsbutter
  • 250 gramsconfectioners sugar
  • 1 splashmint essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the butter with into cubes up and let it warm to room temp

  2. 2

    Mix the butter and sugar with an electric mixer.

  3. 3

    Add the mint to the mixture and mix with electric mixer until good for piping

  4. 4

    If to hard add a tablespoon of milk
