In a big bowl take all veggies. I have used a chopper for chopping.

Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander, curry leaves, jeera, ajwain.

Add wheat flour and mix everything well and make a dough. No need to add water. I have added 21/4 cup of flour. It could slightly vary as per the quality of flour. Grease it nicely with oil and keep for 5 mins.

Take a ball of dough and roll it in dry flour and roll little thick parathas.

Take a nonstick pan and apply some ghee or oil and cook the parathas nicely on medium flame from both sides.

Serve hot with curd or pickle.
