Steps

Boil peeled turnips in water for 30-40 min or till they tender. (Soft and mashable)

When boiled, strain it and let it cool. Then squeeze it every drop of water in malmal cloth.

Other way, in a pot heat oil and saute garlic.

Then add spices and saute for two mins

Add squeezed n mashed turnips and turmeric pulp (taste accordingly)

Bhunify it for 10 min and ready

Garnish it with green chillies and green corriandar
