Same process we can add oil and grind we can same process do it at least 2-3 times more after adding a little oil will grind plan mayo is ready

Now divide the maya in proportion first portion is plane mayonnaise and For tandoori mayo take a second portion we can add all spices in plane Maya and for chilli garlic mayo take third portion of my own guess we can add chilli flakes garlic and chilli sauce now 3 type of mayo is ready

Tip: we can make other flavour mayonnaise take plane mayonnaise and add your favourite like mint chesse
