Preheat a big wok (kadhai) and put a cooking stand in it to maintain a level

Take a cake tin and and gently Grease it with oil on all sides and butter paper at bottom

Now take a mixing bowl and add 1/3 cup cream, 1 tbsp oil, add strained refind flour and Bournvita so that lumps can be separated and add 1 tbsp baking powder, vanilla essence

Now add 1/2 cup milk, mix it well and put it in cake tin

Now bake it in wok (kadhai) for 25-30 mins and cover it with lid or big plate
- 6
Now take the cake and give it a proper shape by cutting the extra part with knife and decorate with almonds and flavoured fennel seeds

Our spongy cake is now ready to serve
