Wash the rice and soaked in water for 1 hr

Strain the rice and keep aside

Switch on the gas

Put the rice in pressure cooker.

Pour 2 cups water and food colour in it

Cook it for 3 to 4 mins after pressure on slow Flame

Heat ghee in the pan

Add dry fruits (almonds, cashew nuts, raisins,) fry till golden brown

Now make sugar syrup

Now add little ghee in frying pan

Add sugar cardamom powder, crushed cloves, crushed saunf,black pepper, and 1/2 cup water in it Mix well till sticky consistency.

Add rice in sugar syrup & cook on low Flame for 5 to 6 mins

Switch off the gas

Now put Meethe Chawal in the plate

Spread 1 spoon rose water in it Mix well

Garnish it with dry fruits and coconut powder.
