In a bowl mash all the potatoes. Put some oil on the palms and start making round tikki

Heat the pan add some ghee and cook. Put tikki in pan at Medium flame.

Cook crisp brown from both side n move out side the pan

Add curd on it. Used coriander, salt, green chutney

Take tikki in plate. Pour some curd then sprinkle salt,cumin,chilli powder,

Now add some chutney, coriander leaves, n garnish according to u
