Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfinely chopped cabbage
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped carrots
  3. 1 cuponions and capsicum cut in squares
  4. 1+1 tbsp Soya sauce
  5. 1+ 1 tbspchilli sauce
  6. 1 cupdiced vegetables of your choice I am using broccoli,carrot
  7. 1 cupwater
  8. 1 tbspcorn flour
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. 2 teaspoonsGinger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    For Manchurian Balls : In a mixing ball take 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage and 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot.

    Mix well and to it add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, corn flour 1/2 tbsp, salt to taste and mix well.knead it well together and make small balls out of it.

    In a pan heat some oil for frying. Now put the balls in the pan for frying. Fry the balls on the medium flame so that the balls get completely cooked.

    Take them out onto the plate and keep aside.

    For the gravy : In a pan take about 1 tbsp of oil heat it and to it add ginger garlic paste. Saute well to it add onions cut in squares. Saute well. Now Add capsicum cut in squares. Saute well and mow add rest if the veggies like broccoli and carrot and mix well. Add 2 cups of water and let the veggies simmer for a while. Meanwhile pepare the slurry of cornflour (the remaining 1/2 tbsp) and add to the simmering veggies.

    Don't overcook,as the crunchiess of veggies will be gone. Now add the muchurian balls mix well and serve hot 🔥
