Ingredients

  1. 1 cupshredded Cabbage
  2. 1 cupgrated Carrot
  3. 1 medium Beetroot
  4. 2-3finely chopped green chilli
  5. 1grated Ginger
  6. 5 tbspMaida
  7. 3 tbspCorn Flour
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  9. As RequiredOil, Salt
  10. As RequiredGravy
  11. 1 small diced Onion
  12. 1 cupdiced Capsicum
  13. 1green chilli
  14. 1 tbspSoya Sauce
  15. 1 tbspChilli Sauce
  16. 2 tbspTomato Sauce
  17. 1 tspVinegar
  18. 1/2 tspSugar
  19. 1 tbspGinger Garlic paste
  20. 1 tspCorn Flour
  21. 1/2-1 cupWater
  22. As per taste Salt
  23. 2 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble ingredients

    In a mixing bowl add all chopped veggies + maida + salt + black pepper powder corn flour + soya sauce and mix well. Add maida and corn flour as required.
    Make medium size balls and coat them in corn flour and keep them aside.

    Heat oil in a pan and drop balls and deep fry or shallow fry till golden brown and keep aside.

    Manchurian Balls are ready, keep them aside.

    Assemble ingredients for gravy.

    In a moderately heated pan add 2-3 tbsp oil, add garlic + ginger and sauté for a few seconds.

    Then add diced capsicum and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add diced onion and sauté till translucent, it takes around 2 minutes.

    Then start adding all sauce + salt + sugar + water and cook for 4-5 minutes under medium flame.

    Make a mixture of corn flour + 2 tbsp water and mix well. Add this mixture, mix well and add all balls and give a nice mix. Cook further for 2-3 minutes and let balls coat with gravy.

    Dish is ready to serve.
