Ingredients

  • 1 cupcurds
  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • 1 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonoil
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoonhing/asafoetida

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly take bowl put curds, coconut milk.

    Then mix it properly. Now add green chili, coriander leaves, salt and sugar then nicely mix it.

    For the tempering, heat the oil in a small pan, add the cumin seeds, hing, when crackle pour the tempering over the drink.

    Serve immediately and relish the taste.

    Note: If you don't want to drink cool, then wait curd to convert on room temperature then make drink.
