Delightful Chikuwa Fishcake Sticks and Garlic Shoots Sautéed in Butter

At first, I created this recipe using only chikuwa, but I added garlic shoots to add more volume. The garlic shoots go nicely with the buttery aroma and make this a tasty dish.
