Take gram flour and sieve then take a kadai and add little ghee and fry the flour on medium flame till you get the sweet aroma. Keep aside. Hot ghee and oil. Add sugar and add water and make 1 string consistency..

When you see sugar syrup is boiling add gram flour stir continuosly add ghee in batches. Stir till the mixture condenses and leave the kadai. Immediately transfer to a greased plate. Cut when it is hot into a rectangular or diamond shape.
