Ingredients

  • 2 lbsGround Beef
  • 6 cupsWater
  • 28 oz.Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cupsDiced Green Peppers
  • 1/4 cupPacked Brown Sugar
  • 2 TspSalt and Pepper each
  • 2 TspBeef Granules
  • 2 cupsCooked Long Grain Rice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large Pot Brown Beef- Drain

  2. 2

    Add next 8 ingredients.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer uncover about 30 minute.

    Hint: can add 1 - 1 1/2 cups uncooked Rice along with the other ingredients.

    Corn Bread goes great with the soup.
