Made With Love in a Bread Machine! Rich Cheesecake

I really want to eat cheese cake...But the calories... So I thought this up and baked.
The cream cheese will ball up if you don't knead it properly, so be sure to microwave and knead before placing it into the bread maker. Recipe by Soushi

Steps
- 1
Preparation: Soften the cream cheese in the microwave, and knead with a spoon etc. Dissolve the skim milk in 50 ml water.
- 2
Add all of the ingredients to the bread machine bowl, and start on the cake course. (Here, I am using a 'National' bread maker).
- 3
Take the mixing blade out before baking the cake for a nicer finish when done.
- 4
Remove the cake from the bowl when it's done, being careful not to let it fall apart, (It will move cleanly if you shake it a little). Let cool, chill in the refrigerator, and it's done.
- 5
It's soft and fluffy when it's freshly baked, but it turns exponentially richer when it's chilled. Be sure to enjoy it chilled!
