Take a deep bottom pan, add milk.

Allow it to boil at low flame.

Add all the herbs & dhania patta, as soon as milk starts boiling. Stir it.

Now add vinegar, stir it for a while. Add dahi now.

Allow it to curdle.

Switch off the flame now.

Place a pc of muslin cloth over a deep bottom pan.

Strain paneer over it. Squeeze the water, give it a shape.

Take a full plate, keep half plate up side down over the full plate.

Now keep the muslin cloth with paneer, cover it with the same cloth.

Put a heavy utensil over it. Let it be for 2 hours.

Remove the utensil, take out the paneer.

Cut it into desired shape.

It can be used in various forms.
